I am attempting to try together some of my grandmother family lines.Curlie Witcher. My directiion at this time is Phobe Ray. Phobe wasmarried to
David Witcher in 1846. They lived in Jackson Co.,TN. In the 1850 cenusthey are listed living near David Ray. David Witcher fought in theCivil
War,when he returned he found Phebe had died. David W. justdisappeared. One of there daughters - Tabitha -was rasied by a Rayfamily. I
believe that this may have been David Ray- brother? Does any one haveany records on a Phoebe Ray married to a David Witcher? David Witcher
and Phoebe Ray's Children - Sorry I do not have all the dates ormarrages.
